Shannon Rossi
Stephanie Gardner is an Assistant Principal at Citrus Springs Middle School, where she has served since 2024. She brings 30 years of experience in public education, including roles in school and district administration, special education, data and accountability, professional learning, and classroom instruction.
Mrs. Gardner began her career as a special education teacher and later served as a school and district ESE specialist before moving into district leadership as Supervisor of Achievement Data, Technology, Research and Accountability. She has served as a school-based administrator since 2021. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting students and teachers, strengthening instructional practices, using data to guide decision-making, and developing systems that help schools and teams work more effectively.
Mrs. Gardner earned a bachelor’s degree in Mild Learning and Behavior Disorders from Troy State University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University. She is also active in her community, with service that has included Citrus County Blessings, Golden Citrus Scholars, ROCCS, and Delta Kappa Gamma.
